He was full of ideas, easy to work with, extremely punctual and provided everything on his own platters which was really helpful. Not only this but his prices were very reasonable and he came and cleared away after the party! What more could you ask for?
I had a lot of compliments on the food and of course they all belong to Clive and not me.
He then made me a wonderful terrine to take to some friends for Christmas Eve and this was another success.
This really took the stress out of laying on a party and saved me so much time. It was certainly much tastier, and probably less expensive, than going to M & S or Waitrose and trying to juggle warming everything up at the right moment!

URCHFONT CROQUET CLUB AGM SUPPER
“Each year at the AGM of the Urchfont Croquet Club we end the meeting with a sit down two course supper. In 2018 we asked Clive to suggest a menu. He came up with Paella and Pork Stroganoff followed by Treacle tart and Pear with Ginger sponge. His choice of menu was very popular with the 29 members who stayed for supper. The Paella and Stroganoff were quite delicious. His portions were generous. Treacle tart has always been a favourite with members and this year was no exception. The Pear with Ginger was a great combination. The supper was a huge success and the charge per head was well within budget.
This year was the 25th Anniversary of the Club and we asked Clive for a celebratory cake. We were not disappointed; a three-layer sponge cake, decorated with green icing for our lawn complete with icing balls (a huge number) in the croquet primary colours together with hoops and mallets, all beautifully made. The cake was delicious and enjoyed by members. Again, Clive’s charge was very fair for such a large cake where each layer had to be cooked separately and covered with an enormous amount of icing.
It was a pleasure arranging the evening with him and once we decided on the menu we left it to him. We were delighted with everything he did for us. A true professional. We had a most successful and enjoyable evening and we hope he will be available next year for our AGM supper. I can thoroughly recommend Unique by Clive for his Bespoke Cuisine. Thank you, Clive.”

Golden Wedding Lunch
“Dear Clive
I am just writing to thank you for the extremely good Golden Wedding Anniversary Lunch you organised, prepared and delivered for my wife and myself last Saturday the 21st July.
On occasions such as this – and we had 28 guests – it was such a relief that once we had contacted you and discussed and agreed with you our requirements we had simply to sit back and relax as you took care of everything, including food, plates, cutlery, staff help, clearing up and disposal etc. It made the whole day and lunch stress free so that we could just enjoy our family gathering without further thought.
It was a great help that with our guests coming from a wide range of locations the timing of the delivery of the lunch was able to be flexible.
Our guests told us how much they enjoyed the food you provided and the service you provided was a great help in making it a special occasion for us.
If the occasion arises that we have another special gathering or event we would very much wish to use your first rate services again.

“After much searching for someone to make us a Croquembouche (French wedding cake) for our Golden Wedding Anniversary in July 2018 we found Clive (recommended through word of mouth). He made us a beautiful cake, decorated with flowers & almonds. It was very tasty with a delicious filling and none was wasted. We have been to many weddings that had this cake and it was one of the best we’d tried. We’d certainly recommend Clive without hesitation.”
