As the seasons change the ingredients become my pallet of colour and flavour, by using local produce our colours and flavours are more in depth.

The love of cooking these dishes for people to taste is second to none and the client’s feedback is invaluable.
I am a classically trained chef and studied at Worcester Catering College, before working in various restaurants and hotels furthering my skills and knowledge. Over the years, I have seen many changes in food fashions, advances in equipment and business ethos.
After 30 years in the trade I decided to share my knowledge with others and trained to become a chef lecturer. I attended De Montfort University in Leicester and gained a PGCE and an MBA at Leicester University.
I am always passionate about ingredients and the food they produce and use seasonal ingredients with the emphasis on local produce.
I am very pleased to be involved with Taste Wiltshire as this epitomises my belief that local grown produce cannot be bettered.
