Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies

Chocolate brownies

Ingredients
375g unsalted butter
6 eggs
500g castor sugar
1 tsp salt
375g chocolate ½ dark ½ milk
1tbsp vanilla essence
115g gluten free flour
110g rice flour
300g walnuts

Method

Preheat oven to 180C (gas Mark 4)

Line a baking tray, bottom and sides, 33 x 23 x 5cm

Melt chocolate and butter in a pan

In a bowl crake the eggs add sugar and vanilla essence beat together

When chocolate and butter has melted leave to cool

When cool add egg mixture, walnuts, rice and gluten free flours, salt and mix together

Then scrape out into lined tray

Bake for 25 minutes

Its ready when the top is a pale brown speckled colour, but the middle will still be dark, dense and gooey
Leave to cool in the tray, cut into squares or rectangles
